These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of redexoans.com and to the services provided by RedExoAns ("we", "our" or "us"), Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu, India. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. Our products (such as ExoFlow, BillFlow, Resume Builder and DevTools) may have their own terms, which apply when you use them.

1. Our Services

RedExoAns provides website design and development, custom software and mobile app development, web hosting, domain registration, SEO and digital marketing, and related support. The exact scope, timeline, price and deliverables for each project are set out in a written quote, proposal or agreement. If that document conflicts with these Terms, the written project document applies.

2. Quotes and Payments

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Projects may require an advance payment before work starts, with the balance due as agreed in the quote.
• Hosting, domain, email and maintenance plans are billed in advance for the selected period and must be renewed before expiry to avoid interruption.
• Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.

3. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, content, images and timely feedback.
• Make sure you own or have permission to use any content, logos or materials you give us.
• Do not use our hosting or services for unlawful, harmful, spam or infringing content.
• Keep your account passwords secure.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, including your website or application code, designs and content, unless the written agreement says otherwise. We may reuse our own general tools, libraries and know-how, and third-party or open-source components remain under their own licences. The content, design and products on redexoans.com belong to RedExoAns. We may list your project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

5. Domains and Hosting

Domains we register for you are registered in your name or your business's name. Domain registration is subject to the rules of the registrar and registry (including ICANN and NIXI policies). We are not responsible for loss of a domain or service caused by non-renewal after reminders have been sent. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, as hosting relies on third-party infrastructure.

6. Third-Party Services

Our work may use third-party services such as payment gateways, cloud providers, email services, app stores and APIs. Their terms and pricing apply, and we are not responsible for changes or outages on their side.

7. Website Use

Information on this website is provided for general purposes and may change without notice. You may not copy, scrape, or misuse the website or attempt to disrupt its security.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our website and services are provided "as is" except as expressly agreed in writing. SEO and marketing results depend on search engines and markets outside our control, so we do not guarantee specific rankings or sales. To the extent permitted by law, RedExoAns is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question during the previous 12 months.

9. Termination

Either party may end a service as set out in the project agreement. Work completed and expenses incurred up to the date of termination remain payable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they were last changed.
